They put workers before big business and politics.
treat members with respect and as professional.
represent and fight for the good workers and hold those that give us a bad name accountable
and responsible for their actions and broke the mold on typical unions who only defend the
troublemakers and lazy. They provide a ton of benefits for members and their families
and even gave us our dues back for year when the company refused to give us a raise.
I for one and very happy with the 109 and obviously the check airmen seen something they liked and
want to be a part of it! I say welcome to OPEIU and I hope they get rolled into yhe 109. It would be great to
have bidding rights and protections that work between the line and training department. A lot of great
instructors refuse to go to training because of what they would lose. I hope thats the first fix because the
company is missing out on great people
