That's why they can get 100% disability and still work.
They get retirement early, pay less in taxes, etc.
Then get to jump straight to a crewed environment because they can't do anything by themselves. Sit as six for 20 years, retire again.

So yah, truth.

That's why you see so little of military trained pilots in high skilled helicopter jobs, Hot line work, AG, fire unless their the xo pilot.

And with them now training in EC145's, the autos are only going to get worse.
