Metro raises  

You need to come to terms with your choices in life.  Pilots go to Metro because they operate in the locations where pilots want to live.  Metro knows this and therefore know they can pay bottom dollar and still retain quality pilots.  Metro has and always will be behind the industry for salary.  If you don't like it, go to another operator, unless of course you like where you are living, then just suck it up like the rest of us.
