Had no idea (head in fox hole) it had become so amateurish with those low standards.  


Back in the RVN days I never heard of a pilot being FEB'd unless he just couldn't be relied upon to be even a copilot.


Lifetime retirement pension vs 401k style?  Has that actually come about?  Gonna get no quality people if so.
