You guys did this last week.  They bought these companies to have a cost center to increase the other OpU's bottom line and prevent Q competitors from leveraging efficiencies of helicopter support.  Problem is they lost the intellectual property from the owners that help build the business. All they have done is create competition against themseves. West Point or Embry Riddle doesn't have that course. The leadership there now are clueless.   End of Story...
