Unless it's part of your base hourly rate it can go away at any time. AMC were known for taking over a program with long term pilots where they would add geo, hard to fill and anything else you want to call it to the base pay. Within a year those stipends would drop off till you had four new low paid pilots. Or three pilots who worked all the overtime they could get to make ends meet. |
