So Metro is offering Medflight of Ohio pilots an additional 5k to 7k annuallu to work at MF2, MF3, MF6 and MF8 because they are deemed hard to staff. Does this pay go away once they are staffed for awhile? Do the pilots that have been there for years at these bases get extra pay for no reason? Seems like everone should get a hard to staff bonus these days. |
