The Quana business model and probably legal department operate like insurance companies. ‘Well if the pilot is instrument rated in a twin engine he won’t crash. If he has 10,000 hours corporate flying he’s twice as good as Mr. 5,000 hours with 4000 hours HEC and long line.
Sadly some good coming uppers are just a number and down the road they’ll go.
