SOLUTION to a huge revenue lost problem  

I get dismissed when I bring this up, as if "it's just you dude", and even have had my posts removed when I bring up this subject, but this accounts for AT LEAST 30-50% of the "missed flights":  MEDCREW not being "comfortable" to fly near supposed "weather". 

The following examples are for non-mountainous, non-swampy conditions, and local flying area:

1) Temp/dewpoint are within 4 degrees but winds are above 10 knots and the forecast shows 10SM + SKC (i.e. ZERO chance for fog) and the medcrew say they're not company because of what they were told at indoc "temp/dewpt within 4 always equals fog".

2) Weather is P6SM BKN 018 at night and TRENDING UP and they don't want to take the flight due to "wx". 

3) They see ANY cloud in the sky while flying and start "worried talking" about the weather and hint they don't want to do anymore flights the rest of the day/night.  Then when a flight comes up they say they're not comfortable based on what they saw (despite all airports in the green, zero blue on HEMS Tool, and the TAF shows no impendig weather).  

The No Surprises Act may well be the catalyst to start an education campaign for medcrew to learn what legal AND safe weather is.

I can't even imagine the MILLIONS of dollars that are lost due to this...
