Pilot’s to eat what they are serving not even remotely related to flying duties. As a result, training and other costs associated with pilots must be thru the freaking roof. Not so? Just look at all of the pilot openings. You would think all of these HAA Helicopter Companies are new start-up operations. Pilots are leaving and running away as if they hair (or bald head) is on fire. HR, pilots are tired of doing your work for you.
