If you want the space of a 145 and plan to use it VFR only and accept that it being a C2 you are going to have increase MX cost and the pain of vartoms issues than its good.  They strip down a bunch of the airbus stuff to save 330lbs and put a Helisas autopilot in it as a replacement.  If you have the slightest thought of being an IFR program do not even think about it, find a normal C2 if thats what you can afford with the standard autopilot and SPIFR configuration.

If you have more money, get in the H145 (Bk117 D2), might be some new ones floating around, at least you are dealing with fadec controlled engines and a bunch of other nice changes.

If you have even more money get the H145 BK117 D3) which is all thats coming off the assemble line now, has the 5th main rotor blade and you get an additional 330lbs of useful load and a much smoother ride from the new rotor head and lower mx costs vs a C2 or D2.
