and counting. That's just from the external application website after they've been up for bids for two weeks internally. Up from 140+ early last month. AMC absolutely DOES NOT care about pilot experience or retention and it shows. They will continue to bleed more pilot positions until they step up to the plate and do the right thing. When the HBS and ADM systems start going uncovered for an extended period of time, those customers can and will start looking elsewhere. I've seen it a dozen times. One thing is clear about AMC, they're reactive and NEVER proactive. |
