I hope AMC comes around. Our program just went to Metro and I received about 15% increase in pay over what I was making at AMC. Add in not paying union dues, and the company paid for health coverage and I'm really up about 20%. Nice to finally feel like I'm getting a fair shake. Hopefully these companies will continue to push eachother to increase pilot compensation. |
