I don't think there is a direct equivalent.


If you’re a Part 135 or other non-EASA member commercial operator doing business in Europe, and landing at any EASA airport, you will need a Third Country Operators (TCO) Authorization.


If you want to be an EASA based / domociled operator, you will need an EASA Air Operator Certificate.
