Chances are, your helicopter company is not operating under fractional ownership. So Subpart K does not apply. If you are tired and burnt out, tell your supervisor, more than likely they will step up and allow you some time to recover. Its the ones that sit all day for 8 hours of a 10 hour duty day and then say they are too tired from sleeping all day to take a flight that ruin it for everyone. |
