Very thankful for the raise but it's temporary and we will be back down to our 2% and 1% and STILL be treated like crap. Forced base moves. Forced overtime. Dangling bonuses and stipends on to retract them weeks or months later. horrible health and dental and lowest 401k i know of in EMS. Union would solve this problem becaue at the end of the day the company are market dictate pay, not the union. Union only protects worker rights and conditions. I'll take the pay with a union any day.
