No. Is there a CBA Section calling for company to pay bonuses? No. Is there an expressed management rights section giving company rights to manage their company? Yes. Did pilots not get other bonuses paid to medical staff in the past?? Yes.

Seems status quo is just that!

Has union written NMB asking for a fixed negotiation session date yet? Have they gotten a reply? Seems the NMB is dealing the cards at this point. Focus on them!
