FORGET ABOUT LANDING!

Hold the helicopter stationery, slowly reduce power initiating and maintaining that stationary position.

Keep doing that until your collective bottoms out.

Never flew a helo that that didn't work.

Slow! The attitude will change at whichever skid tip/heel touches first, but the cyclic will hold it stationary.
