Get a LinkedIn profile set up then click on the "Open to Work" button where all hiring managers can see you (you can still stay private to the masses if you don't want to connect with the world),

When they see who all are really looking for other work they may take things seriously.

You'd be surprised at the amount of jobs that want former aviators on LinkedIn. You may not fit 10-15% of the description/experience they're looking for but you'd be surprised.

It's WAY easier to vote with your feet and find something with better pay and/or schedule than you probably think!
