Jump seat privileges

Jumpseat privileges are generally part of a reciprocal agreement between carriers. I highly doubt Med Trans or any other HAA op would be able to coordinate that; as there is nothing to offer a 121 carrier in return.
Now what WOULD be cool is if a HEMS company could get KCM privileges for it's pilots who commute. Note that i don't see that ever happening either.
