Have High Blood Pressure?  

For quite a few years, when I went to get my phsyical, it was 140/90, sometimes even higher. lately, it's not been that high, but taking it at home, it still can creep up to 140s or so.

I got something, an ayurvedic thing, from Amazon. I was quite skeptical at first. 

This morning, 3 days after I started taking it my bp is down to 125/68. Yesterday evening it was also in the low 120s.  I don't remember the last time it was that low. I'm also in a very stressful time of my life, so I'm surprised and impressed by the results.

This stuff really works. I think a lot of us Type A personalities will benefit from thigns like this.
