Paying new hires $20,000 more than a 15 year emloyee is betrayal and despicable!!! until the pilots are willing to accept a short term sacrifice things will never go our way! I promise that if pilots stopped picking up workover and started using their sick and vacation time the contract will get ratified much faster and more in our favor!!
