Did you ask the members in a vote if they wanted inevitable changes to their workrules to cover any preceived gain in pay? It's always give and take. To get a "pay raise", you generally give up coveted work rules. Been true up to now with 109's CBA. Does u ion collect 1% taxes (dues) for the extras pilot's are currently getting? How about for workrules? If you trade work rules for pay, now union collects takes (dues) for it. Is that why union doesn't ask their members to vote first?

Local 109 just told members they officially made Section 6 +0/-9 Notification. Did they ask you first? 5/7/2022 1:15:31 AM
