What hired contract agent just enters negotiations for a client who hasn't given him/her/it their permission first?

If a union claims they are being transparent and giving their members participation rights in the organization, then a vote is the only way to legitimately accomplish that.

There are consequences to entering negotiations... did you ask the members if they are willing to chance sacrificing and forfeiting things they already have?
