The members dont vote on section 6 Notices. never have, in ANY union. The members vote to approve any changes to the contract and its ratification. you are ignorant or illiterate. Read the CBA. read the RLA. Without section 6 they can't even negotiate a single item for a member vote, so yeah, it's required. that means pay raises and any benefit or work condition issue. contract ends august 5th and the union has to submit it 60 days prour. They did that. the union did their job.
