In Texas since they are nuisance feral animal they are not considered “game”.

You can kill them 24/7 hunting them day or night, from the ground or air, using dogs, baited sites or even trapping.  The only no-no is releasing a trapped pig, you gotta kill it.  Unlike game you do not have to harvest the meat.  You can even sell live trapped pigs to licensed commercial processors for profit.  Some local jurisdictions will pay a bounty if you’re looking for beer money, so lock & load.  BTW, since its Texas you can even use one of those “scary”  black guns with a 30 round magazine……
