you were no longer on "Part 135" Duty the moment the van was sent to you... but you are not on your rest period... so yes while driving the van "You" can say your on duty but the FAA does not... Yes you are fatigued and will need to start your "10 hour" rest period when you get back to your crib.

Part 135 is for flying not driving....
