Erickson has a PIC upgrade program in place. That said, you're going to need more than 1,000 little ol hours to climb that ladder. Prior heavy time, lots of multi engine, or even lots of prior utility experience on hand and they'll get you into the left seat, but you may be an SiC for one season, or two, or three. Maybe more if you're a worthless pilot.
Croman doesn't have a PiC upgrade program. You come to them with lots of time in the above, otherwise you will be an SIC for life in their aircraft. |
