i guarantee if there is no STEP increase   

for this year, there will be a exodus on all levels....MANAGEMENT YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!   but they don't want any employees over 10yrs with the company....President has said it himself, that they enjoy fresh faces every 5-8yrs and cost too much money to keep senior employees.....sad what the last 3-4yrs have done to PHI and the reckless managemnt on the Air Medical side...used to be a good company to work for....Management knows what it takes to keep people which is $$$$$ but are mystically trying to find other solutions which is dumb....
