Typical of the EIEIO, keep refusing to acknowledge they had any part in the collapse. Very typical of the Good old boy club president. Funny even the union officers gave up their vote, how much do you really believe in it if you do that? How to crash and burn a union. 1. Protect the plugs at all costs 2. Spend hundreds of thousands to protest everything, even when you know you are wrong. 3. Portray your members as a hostile work force to management even if they aren’t. (It’s just you) 4. Conduct Sunday morning secret meetings to elect reelect yourselves without a vote of the members 5. Lie to the troops about the company at every turn. E.g. Storm help. Thanks Rainman, nice one. 6. Wash rinse repeat. No union gets voted out by its own members that doesn’t deserve it. |
