Employees were paid more than the combined hundreds of workers let go after the merger. Workers were offered a financial package to sign away their union rights to a job they knew was never to return. Most took the package and voted No. Almost all union employees were let go, only ones voting were era employees. Give it time, they will regret getting laid off with no benefits. I was anti union until after this merger. CB is a an overcompensated doosh. |
