Forced overtime? Maybe. if it's in their GOM, SOP, job description and you accepted the offer and went through training....then thats on you. The expectation was laid out. My company, if the flight can be planned to have patient at receiving and you can be back pilot only by 15th hour, then accept the flight. Other fatigue considerations are included.
