that you need a average of 2000-2500hrs to get hired onto any EMS company, I would say that if you can't jump in a seat and do it with that time, then don't.....Just think you need 1000-1500hrs to fly Off shore....over water with limited opportunity to do anything if you have a failure...id be worried about that
