For real, run for the hills boys!!! The table says it all... IT WILL TAKE YOU 32, YES, THIRTY TWO YEARS TO MAKE IT TO $100K!!! That's ridiculous for this career-field. Don't accept it. Vote with you feet!!!! The airlines are not the end-all-be-all but you'll get some great experience out of it and if you don't like it the helicopter world will DEFINITELY be hiring still. There are a number of other FW gigs out there that pay way more if you don't like the airlines. For real, now's the time. 2-5 years to $100K instead of 30+ (and EVERY SINGLE HAA company has the same pay scale +/- 1-2K). 30+ YEARS... |
