Don't take it personally. They are looking for any reason to get out of a flight. You're not going to change their work ethic or their attitude, and that's not your job. I KNOW how frustrating it can be. Only you can decide if putting up with the laziness and the toxic culture many medical "crewmembers bring to the job is worth the cushy schedule and easy flying teat comes with this job. If you've had enough or can't let it roll off, that's okay. This is a great time to be a pilot as far as opportunities out there.
