Why was he (The paraglider) up there with the Big Boys? Normally the Caravan flies at 4,000' IFR to KVCT from KIAH every day! His call sign is MartinAir which is a cargo feeder for Fed-EX! Bet there will be a FAA mandate for transponders on paragliders after this one! So sad! A 35 years old Pilot trying to build time to get on with the Airlines!
