It sounds like your customer (the hospital) is pushing the issue, not Metro. You may want to see if the hospital will work with you and consider you an OFFSITE worker. Do your daily briefings over the phone (pre and post flight briefs.) Mask up around the crew as a reasonable accommodation and offer to take a Covid test before your week on shift, if that makes them more comfortable. I know some of the hospitals Metro works with have come up with these types of "reasonable accommodations" to keep their pilots and mechanics from leaving due to the mandate. If you're actually housed on duty in the hospital and not based in housing away from the hospital, it may be more challenging to work with them.
