Think about working Mon-Fri. 5 on then off 2 for 3 weeks = 15 working & 6 off vs 21 working & 7 off. Almost 1/2 off doing 5 & 2 vs only 1/3 off doing 3wk on. No brainer NOT doing 21 on 7 off & being on call 21 straight!! But hey do what you want,gotta do. |
