As a lead pilot at Metro I can tell you that this is bull honky. We have never been told to do this, nor is it written in any manual that we can. I'm sure the Regional or even BB would like to hear about this. Our time off policies, trade policies, and PTO policies are pretty cut and dry spelled out in the employee handbook for what we can and can not do. Tell your lead to show you where it says in the policies he can do what he is trying to do and if you don't like his answer take it up the chain! |
