If a company on any scale decides to make you take something, anything. 


They then become responsible for what happens if you take or use it.


There is also a difference from being immunized and vaccinated.  One you get once and your covered and the other only gives you a temporary reprieve.  One is used to stop deadly problems like Small Pox, the other is to limit symptoms while your body gets over it.
