Is 1.5 for work over.

The only time you should be trading days (1 for 1) with someone on the opposite hitch is if you are out of PTO, or you are saving your PTO for a future vacation.

Accepting 1.0 time for work-over is going to substantially hurt your earning potential, and sets the bar lower for the entire industry.

Tell your lead pilot to pound sand.
