I was hired as a temporary pilot to cover a pilot that had a temporary medical issue ( heart). 4 months into that position the pilot with the medical issue was told by the FAA he wasn't getting his medical back. My position then became permanent. It's a good way to get in the door as current employees usually don't bid those positions. |
