Does your company hide certain open positions with pool pilots? My current company should roughly 95 openings for pilots. But it has to be more because we all know bases that are filled by pool pilots. Is it not the rule with AMC that they have to post the job internal for two weeks so the most senior pilot can apply. It seems like they are doing a end run around the union by placing pool pilots into these slot and posting them to be filled. Then the pool pilot gets the job and he or she might be the most senior bidder. Does this work the same way for MedTrans, AEL, PHI, etc? |
