Dude (if I'm guessing correctly), HIPAA is not applicable here. First, the government would be the ones mandating employers get this info, but 5he government should already know since the government keeps those shot records in the first place; and second, HIPAA is not applicable for an employee against his employer or the government. It is not protected health information. |
