most hospitals aren't necessarily firing doctors or nurses...they are taking them off the sched. hence a self termination....your base will do the same thing is take you off the sched. and have pool pilots or Workover Pilots fill in....and offer those OT pilots a HUGE incentive to fill in....i know some bases when in need were offering your OT rate plus a extra $500-$1000 a day to fill in....do the math.....
