Mandated Covid-19 vaccines for HEMS   

Vaccine mandates will result in massive layoffs throughout the country resulting in lower capability to capture revenue flights. Keep in mind, weekly testing is an option. If layoffs, walkouts occur, police, EMS, hospitals, schools, etc. will have fewer workers to support what is already a worker shortage problem. How does editing a workforce improve an already reduced workforce. At some point, pragmatism should...should prevail.

if layoffs do occur, expect them to be short lived. Parents, patients, communities should wake up eventually and services return.

Although...if this is a distraction from other incompetent strategies of the admin, then who knows. But, in the end, getting rid of people when shortages are already here makes no sense.
