As long as you don't call it airplane that's fine with me. Always thought that was moronic (and sadly, my kind are the biggest offenders; mostly senior warrants, XPs, and many commissioned officers). Can you imagine ATC telling you to watch for an "airplane" at your 1 o'clock when they should have said "helicopter". That's why they don't do it. |
