For those facing mandatory jab or termination  

If your employer is threatening termination if you don't get the jab, and you won't get it, file a 'hostile work environment' claim against them with the local unemployment office before you are terminated.  Do not quit; make them fire you.  This will allow you to draw unemployment and will tie them up for years with litigation.
