The gallet is not over priced. They are more expensive upfront yes, but Have you ever looked at each brand helmet's shell shelf life? Gentex has a 12 year shelf life and is supposed to expire at 12 years, no one knows how long an evo and paraclete will last because it has not been around as long and Gallet has a 15 shelf life and at that point it does not expire, they last over 20 years. So actually in the long run, Gallet is the cheapest helmet out there with the quality parts and communications. What don't you like about the performance? The shells do not crack to the kevlar, they get hair line stress cracks from flxing the helmet to put on and take off your head. These are cosemetic, nothing to do with performance. To each in their own but maybe you should go in detail why you don't like it so everyone can understand. |
