This is typical of many helicopter companies from the EMS and O&G side. People get into management by nepotism, not because they know how to run a business. It shows when you actually need business skills to survive when things get dynamic, and the business suffers or is lost. What a shame. 

It's easy to be profitable when your industry is doing well and profitable, but when you need to be diversified within your scope and be efficient, then back stabbing, getting even with those under you, or kissing butt is not going to cut it. So here you are.
